Click image for full Project Summary		Georgetown University Steven Cartwright - Head Coach Men's & Women's Swimming and Diving Our new Colorado Time Systems display, generously donated by alumni, parents, and friends of Georgetown Swimming & Diving will debut the weekend of January 22-23, 2010; with home meets against Army and St. Bonaventure University. The board is getting a lot of hype here on campus both by athletes and administrators alike. The entire system exceeds our expectations! We could not be any more pleased with the display and we certainly look forward to maximizing its use for many years to come, not only in meets, but every day in practice as well. Not only is it beneficial for the athletes that train here at Georgetown on a daily basis, but for visiting athletes, parents, and alumni as well. This display truly enhances the student-athlete experience. It has been a goal of CSU for the last several years to have a quality top of the line display board for the world class Robert F. Busbey Natatorium on the campus of Cleveland State University. Our new Colorado Time Systems board, donated by our alumni, was unveiled at the Alumni Meet weekend as the Vikings started our home season against Green Bay. The board is getting rave reviews. The clarity, resolution and innovative designs along with the video replay are fantastic. The board exceeds our expectations and we look forward to maximizing its use for many years to come.

The display does so much more than just give us the time. The colors and video capabilities are such a huge upgrade from what we had. We can show our team videos of them swimming. We can use the display to run clips from Olympic trials and other videos. The whole installation helps with recruiting because it's an upgrade to the facility. It shows our recruits that the University is interested in the team.

Speaking as a Meet Referee for 25 years, I absolutely love the Dolphin System. After working High School and USA Swim meets where the results areavailable shortly after the meet ends to check over, summer league was always dreaded due to the long wait for scorers to input the times from the lane timer sheets. Our league (MSSL) requires that the meet referee and coaches sign the final score sheets. I have had to wait up to an hour for the results to be finalized. So, speaking from an officials standpoint, I love the Dolphin System.

I think that by the time our summer league season is over, I will have worked the Dolphin Timing System at 12 meets...We are using Dolphin exactly as Colorado Time Systems meant it to be -- with summer league teams using Team Manager and Meet Manager to run its dual, championship, and all-star meets. I really like the idea of the new scoreboard that interfaces with the Dolphin System.

The Colorado Time Systems scoreboard is an invaluable part of our college dual meets and club meets for both swimming and diving. We also use the scoreboard during practice and water polo tournaments. We have connected it to a satellite dish to use it as a big television for our college basketball games as students wait to get tickets.

This (scoreboard) is a nice thing for us! We have never had the capacity before - now we will be able to do chase starts, run both ends of the pool; and have (2) 8-lane courses on the board at the same time. We'll be able to display heat, lane, time, and place, then come back and import for finals, and put names on the board.
